All Who Want to be Saved, Can Be Saved (Part 1)

The truth is that everyone can be saved, there's just too many scriptures in the bible to ignore referring to the Jews and the Gentiles: 'For I am not ashamed of the gospel, because it is the power of God that brings SALVATION to everyone who believes: first to the Jew,(Israelites) then to the Gentile. ' Romans 1:16
Not only that but the bible says that we were called to be a light to the Gentiles: “It is too small a thing for you to be my servant to restore the tribes of Jacob and bring back those of Israel I have kept. I will also make you a light for the Gentiles, that my salvation may reach to the ends of the earth.” Isaiah 49:6
I think where the confusion comes in, is that there are "TWO" different Salvations in the Bible. One Salvation about the return of Israel from "Captivity" to our homeland: "Like as now the neighbours of Sion have seen your captivity: so shall they see shortly your salvation from our God which shall come upon you with great glory, and brightness of the Everlasting." Baruch 4:24
Then there's the second "Salvation" about being delivered from "death" eternal life: 'For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.' Romans 6:23
All can partake in the second "Salvation" the first Salvation is obviously only intended for the Israelites, because we are the only people scattered to the four winds of the earth. Nonetheless, though the first "Salvation" is only intended for us, some Gentiles will be joined to us even in our return to the promised land:
'For the LORD will have mercy on Jacob, and will yet choose Israel, and set them in their own land: and the strangers (Gentiles) shall be joined with them, and they shall cleave to the house of Jacob. ' Isaiah 14:1
